: Orato Flow
One speaker. Delegates following in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or Spanish - on their own phones.
That's Orato Flow: an Auckland-based real-time AI interpretation and captioning platform that makes live events understandable in 70+ languages as they happen, for conferences, conventions and large-scale congresses.
We go beyond traditional interpretation arrangements. The speaker talks normally, live captions appear on the venue screen, and every delegate scans a QR code to read along in the language they choose. No app, and no headsets or booths to hire.
On an international delegate list that means several languages running side by side - including the ones spoken by only two or three people in the room, who under a booth-and-receiver setup would get nothing at all. Same-language captions run alongside for delegates who are deaf, hard of hearing or working in a second language.
Our offerings include venue-screen captions, delegate-device translation, accessibility captions, session transcripts and custom terminology setup, on site, online and hybrid. We work alongside event planners, venues and production teams, and the platform is run by your own staff after a single training session.
With more than 1,200 live sessions delivered for organisations across 17 countries, Orato Flow is trusted to make every delegate feel spoken to - in their own language.
