Are you expecting a baby or have a newborn? Onewa Parents Centre have spaces available in our highly regarding 'Baby & You' programs starting soon.

This 6 week course is for parents of babies 0-4 months old and covers important topics such as:
- Infant Feeding, Lactation & Sleep
- Infant First Aid & CPR
- Postpartum physical activity & exercise
- Baby Massage
- Infant Development & Play
- Parenthood/relationship changes

Our next Moving & Munching course starts next Friday 19th June (two sessions). This course is designed for parents of babies 3-6 months old and covers two important topics:
- Infant Physical Development & Play (Moving)
- Infant Nutrition & Introduction to Solid Food (Munching)

We have lots of exciting courses starting soon at Onewa Parents Centre !

For expectant parents, our next Antenatal course starts on the 11th May.

Moving & Muching is for parents of babies 3-6 months old, and covers physical development and nutrition (introduction to solid food).

Our Infant First Aid and CPR course with Little Beat First Aid is suitable for parents of newborns to toddlers.

All go at the centre this week as we welcome two new Antental groups for 2026, the start of a new Baby & You course, and the continuation of one that started last year, as well as come gorgeous flowers to brighten up the refreshment table.

Thanks to everyone who used their annual leave to book classes for this year. Our next Antenatal classes are almost full, plus we have Moving & Munching coming in February, and a CPR & First Aid session in March (website link in bio)
