We know that waiting to speak to someone when you're worried about your pēpi or tamariki can be difficult. 📞

That's why our PlunketLine team has gone all hands on deck to take your calls and meet the increased demand for our support. Our Clinical Leaders, alongside our wonderful PlunketLine nurses, are working hard to provide safe, high-quality advice to help whānau through the surge of winter illness that we're currently dealing with.

Our team is taking significantly more calls a day than usual, on top of our normal mahi including Well Child Tamariki Ora support, virtual lactation consultations and sleep support for whānau. We appreciate your patience. 💜

After careful consideration, we've made the decision to end our Glenfield Drop-in Clinic. This change will allow us to offer more booked appointments for whanau.

Our Thursday drop-in sessions will continue as usual until our final clinic on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟬 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿.

If you're on the North Shore, you can still visit our Drop-in Clinic at the Plunket Family Hub, 8b Constellation Drive, Mairangi Bay, every Monday from 9am–2pm. Or you can book an appointment at your local Plunket clinic (including Glenfield.)
