Trust House is a community owned enterprise dedicated to enhancing the well-being of the Wairarapa, Flaxmere, Porirua and Rimutaka communities. We do this by operating successful and profitable businesses and then distributing profits in support of community organisations and events. Think you have a great project for your community? Grants are given to organisations that add colour and depth to the quality of community life.

Hi All
Sadly former Trustee and Director Brian Bourke has passed away.

Brian was a long-serving Trustee of the Masterton Licensing Trust, first elected in 1974 and remaining a trustee for 39 years, through until he retired from the Trust in 2013.
Brian was Chair of the Masterton Licensing Trust from 2007 to 2013.

He was also a Director of Trust House Limited from 1989 to 2016, and was the company’s Chair.

Brian was one of the signatories on the sale and purchase agreement to buy the 541 houses from Housing New Zealand in 1999.

His service is being held at Rosewood, Masterton this Friday, 11th September at 10.30am with tea and coffee afterwords then the family have invited their guests to gather at the Copthorne to celebrate Brian’s life from 12.30 onwards.
