It's that time of the year again. Prizegiving & AGM. Only this year we are adding a Reunion to our evening. We are going to celebrate our 70th AGM with cake and memorabilia. So come along on Sat 13th June. 2026 to the TET Stadium Bar & Bistro and catch up with each other, join us for the AGM, enjoy a subsidized meal and see who won the Class Competitions last year. We will start at the earlier time of 5.30pm, so you have more time to relive some of your memories. Please share to others who may be interested.

Our day is over. We had 14 entries today with two pulling out after having issues at Taranaki Car Club 's event yesterday. Stu Robertson, Wanganui, was back and wanting to have a crack at his 2021 record of 1.48.78. The day was excellent, weather wise and he succeeded in dropping the time to 1.47.79. The day was over and done with by 12.15pm with practice and 3 Official runs. Everyone went home happy except perhaps one competitor who is fixing a fence with Mike as I type. Our next event is the Stratford Street Sprint on 16th August. Hope to see good numbers there.

Howdy all, just a friendly reminder that entries will be closing next Tuesday, so don't forget to get your entry in. This is a Points event for Taranaki Car Club Members too. It's a double header weekend too with Taranaki holding an event on Sat 2nd. Cheers

Entries are open on the MotorSport App for the South Taranaki Car Club Ararata Sealed Hillclimb on Sun 3rd May. Taranaki Car Club are holding Kurihau Rd on Sat 2nd. Why not spend a weekend in Taranaki and do two Tarmac Events. Both events are $150 each. Ararata has 32 corners, so you will be quite busy 😜. Kurihau Hillclimb is a fun event too.
