There are different ways to manage pain — and it often takes a combination 💛

The World Health Organisation recommends starting with a simple analgesic for pain, such as paracetamol, and then adding an anti-inflammatory and if the pain is still not controlled adding the mildest possible opioid.

👉 Pain relief is about control, not perfection.

Always talk to your healthcare provider about what’s right for you.
