Introducing our latest Human of Ayu, Melissa ✨

Melissa is a certified Sound Bath Facilitator with a deep passion for wellbeing. A registered teacher and accredited Mental Health First Aid Aotearoa Facilitator, she is completing Postgraduate Counselling study at the University of Canterbury and her Level 2 Sound Therapy Practitioner Diploma through the Sound Healing Academy.

For Melissa, sound is a doorway into stillness and self-awareness; giving us permission to slow down enough to quieten the noise. With this in mind, she creates a safe, warm and nurturing space to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself.
Layering the beautiful, resonant tones of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other soothing instruments, she invites participants into a deeply relaxing and restorative experience.

We are so excited to welome Melissa to Ayu Community Space with her weekly Sound Bath experiences on Mondays starting this coming Monday 28th September!✨✨✨
