Its objectives involve acquiring paintings and other forms of art for the Gallery while its membership program aims to foster interest

in visual arts in the community. Today the Society focuses its acquisition funds on the purchase of contemporary New Zealand art. By becoming a member of the society, you will support the gallery as well as joining its active community.
