Get your weekend started with gentle movement in this upcoming wellness series with Yin. Every Saturday in September from 9am - 10am, take some time for yourself and relax into the day with mindful breathing and stretching.

No yoga experience required. Bring your own mat. These are koha-based sessions, pay what you feel.
