🥎❤️💙 MONDAY NIGHT DONE & DUSTED! ❤️💙🥎

Despite the weather and the travel to get out there on a Monday night, our girls came out firing against a young Pukekohe Reserve Women’s side playing their very first game together.

With their youngest player only 15 years old, Pukekohe definitely have a bright future ahead of them. A special mention to their pitcher Reagan, who was a standout tonight — continuing to work hard on her craft and showing plenty of resilience on the mound. 👏🥎

Both sides came out ready to play, with a competitive opening innings seeing MU take a narrow 3–2 lead.

From there, our bats really came alive! 🔥

The second innings was a huge one for the girls, working through the batting order almost twice and putting together some quality at-bats. Jaimee Hoani and Trinity Waiwiri-Toka both came up big with triples as MU piled on an impressive 12 runs in the innings.

Trinity then stepped into the circle in the third and was outstanding, facing just seven batters across the final two innings and collecting four strikeouts. 💪🥎

A great all-round team performance with strong hitting throughout the lineup, solid pitching from Skye and Trinity, and plenty of contributions across the diamond.

Thanks Pukekohe for hosting us tonight.

Well done, ladies! ❤️💙

We enjoy this one tonight, then it’s back to work as we get ready to go again next Monday! 🥎🔥

Aaron “Horse” Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament
Join us on 5 September 2026
Aaron Robin Thompson 'Horse' was many things to many people. A devoted father, a loyal teammate, a trusted colleague, and a proud member of the Clarks Beach Golf Club community. Proud Ramblers Softball Club man.

Aaron passed away suddenly on 28 March 2024, far too soon. In a final act of generosity that was entirely in keeping with who he was, Aaron passed as a hero, as an organ donor.
