August 6: Hiroshima Day focusing on Peace and a nuclear-free world
August 7: International Beer Day celebrating brewing and pubs.
August 8: International Cat Day honouring feline pets.
August 9: International Day of the World's Indigenous Peoples recognizing indigenous communities globally.
August 12: International Youth Day focusing on youth development and issues.
August 13: International Left-Handers Day celebrating left-handed quirks.
August 19: World Humanitarian Day honouring aid workers.
August 26: Women's Equality Day commemorating women's enfranchisement.
August 28: Daffodil Day (Cancer Society Fundraiser)

Bring a friend or two. $5 cash at the door. Supper provided.

From Robyn the Harper - I'm thrilled to be conducting an afternoon of colourful choral music with the Hibiscus Coast Singers. The HBC Singers perform "Blue Skies," "Yellow Brick Road," "Greensleeves," "Rainbow Connection," and more. Harmonies, familiar tunes, and a musical journey through every colour and shade. Joining the choir is the wonderful pianist, Michael Bell, and David Mills, adds his special magic as our percussionist.
