A seriously good day with some very sharp young minds.

Rotary Club of Remuera was proud to support "Business is Awesome" — an all-day seminar with the University of Auckland Business School, giving Year 12 and 13 students a real taste of entrepreneurship.

Not just theory — ideas, problem-solving, and backing themselves.

If today was anything to go by, the future is in good hands.

If you’re part of the Remuera community and keen to support initiatives like this, we’d love to hear from you.

Below are a few pictures including

The Rotary Club of Remuera was recently addressed by RYLArians, who shared their experiences and insights from the recent camp.

The event provided a transformative experience, extending beyond leadership development, with impactful moments at Willow Park and Mount Rangitoto.

Participants emphasized key learnings, including self-trust, inspiring speakers who encourage understanding one's purpose, seeking discomfort for growth, energy management, and a Chinese proverb analogy of cutting jade to reveal the gem.

Moreover, they expressed appreciation for the opportunity and their keeness to put their skills into practice through future charitable events.

Picture below of the participants sharing a song learnt at the camp.

Congratulations Kirsten, we are excited to see the great things that will come from your year as DG.
