What a week. What a team. What an impact.
As C0C0N 2025 comes to a close, we’re incredibly proud of what has been achieved together.
This year’s HAC'KP Kerala Police Cyberdome and Child Online Protection Hackathon brought together exceptional minds from across India and around the world — law enforcement officers, developers, students, and innovators — all united by one goal: to make the digital world safer for children.
Over just a few days, participants designed and deployed new technologies that have already been implemented by the Kerala Police, proving what true collaboration can achieve when purpose meets innovation.
Our sincere thanks go to our sponsor and partner, Childlight - Global Child Safety Institute Light, whose support made this event possible and whose commitment to strengthening global child protection continues to inspire us all.

We are in Kerala, India this week, and given the opportunity by - Global Child Safety Institute to join their round table of experts and providers from Bodhini NGO, People Council for Social Justice, Centre for Constitutional Rights and Advocacy, Victim support Lawyers, aftercare and hotline services.
It was both inspiring and humbling to hear firsthand how teams here in Kerala navigate complex systems and overcome roadblocks to ensure the best possible outcomes for children who have experienced sexual abuse. Their dedication, creativity, and compassion in serving children within the Indian national context is nothing short of remarkable.
We deeply appreciate the time everyone took to share their insights — lessons that will be used to inform our own solutions and recommendations to national leaders around the world.
A huge thank you to Child Light for including us and for hosting such an important two weeks of discussion, collaboration, and—most importantly—action. The real measure of our time together will be the tangible impact we create for children once the talking stops and the work continues.

Day One of Hac’KP 2025, hosted by the Kerala Police Cyberdome was inaugurated today in Kochi.

This international hackathon brings together law enforcement, technologists, and innovators from across the globe to design solutions that will make the digital world safer for children. Over the next four days, participants will collaborate on cutting-edge projects that address cyber threats and online harm.

Kindred Tech and Pathfinder Labs are honoured to support this important initiative, contributing through ForceForge and Katalyst to empower investigators and accelerate innovation.

A big thank you to Kerala Police for their leadership and vision in creating this platform for global collaboration and impact.

Supporting the Heroes Behind the Shield

Kindred Tech is honoured to share our Mental Health Strategies booklet with the Polícia Federal do Brasil as part of the Onemi-Global Solutions OSINT training initiative in Brasília.

Frontline investigators and first responders can face intense emotional strain—cognitive fatigue, trauma exposure, and lingering stress can be part of the job. That’s why we’ve created this resource to:
●Offer science-backed tactics such as aerobic activity, structured cognitive breaks, and peer-to-peer support

●Raise awareness of occupational stress and resilience

●Provide tools that help teams stay mentally strong under pressure

We are grateful to collaborate with Onemi to help the Brazilian Federal Police in prioritising the mental wellbeing of those protecting children online.
In the fight against online facilitated child abuse, strong minds are just as critical as strong tools.
