Last month, Volunteering Mid & South Canterbury welcomed Allison Ross as the new Community Connections Coordinator for Mid Canterbury, based at Community House Mid Canterbury in Ashburton.

Allison brings a strong background in community support, education, and wellbeing, along with a genuine passion for helping people and communities thrive. Her role plays an important part in connecting volunteers with local organisations, supporting community groups, and encouraging people of all ages to get involved and make a difference.

Weโ€™re proud to continue supporting the positive impact volunteers have throughout Mid Canterbury, and we encourage anyone interested in volunteering or community support to connect with Allison and help those community connections continue to grow.
