🍀National Wildlife Week 2083 🍀

On the 4th day of wildlife week, SAFE-Nepal in collaboration with Free students union, Tribhuvan University Institute of Forestry, Pokhara and all the green organizations of IOF successfully completed the butterfly museum visit and identification program. The session was indeed fruitful, knowledgeable and interesting as it highlighted the ecological importance of butterflies in our Ecosystem.

The day was dedicated to Snake Handling Training, where participants explored the practical and scientific aspects of safely dealing with snakes. The session highlighted not only handling techniques but also the ecological significance of snakes and the need to protect them.

The second day of National Wildlife Week was successfully completed with an insightful Camera Trap Handling Training Session. The session proved to be highly informative and engaging, providing participants with practical knowledge on camera trap handling and non-invasive wildlife monitoring techniques, including sign surveys of wild animals

Such initiatives play a vital role in building capacity and awareness for effective wildlife conservation.
