On this special World Turtle Day, IFSA Pokhara successfully conducted an interactive awareness session at Tutunga View Point English Boarding School for students of Class 7 & 8.
More than 80 enthusiastic young minds learned about the vital importance of turtles in maintaining healthy marine and freshwater ecosystems and practical ways to conserve them. From understanding their ecological role to pledging actions for their protection, the students actively participated with great interest and curiosity.
Conservation begins with awareness, and today we planted seeds of responsibility in the hearts of the future generation.
Together, let’s protect our turtles and our planet💚

We extend our sincere gratitude to Friends of Nature- FON Nepal for creating such an incredible platform to showcase our efforts and connect with like minded conservationists.

Closing National Wildlife Week 2083 by spreading awareness through conservation dance and Human Wildlife Co-existence drama across Pokhara Valley, actively engaging communities in protecting, preserving, and promoting wildlife conservation.

National Wildlife Week 2083 | Day 5 & 6 🐾🌿

At Ward No. 1, Sardikhola–Meprang & Khaimarang (Ward No. 2), Mahora (Ward No. 5) and Sidhing (Ward No.9) of Machhapuchhre Ga. Pa., IFSA Pokhara, in collaboration with NTNC ACAP Lwang, successfully conducted a Human-Wildlife Coexistence Drama and Owl Conservation Dance.

These activities aimed to raise awareness about the importance of wildlife and encourage local communities to actively engage in conservation and protection efforts. 🌱🦉

Together, we move forward towards a future where humans and wildlife coexist in harmony. 💚
