SERVICE SUSPENSION NOTICE

Dear Trekkers and Trekking Agencies,

Services will be suspended daily from 7:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Due to a reported worldwide security issue affecting PHP-based server infrastructure, we are temporarily suspending our services while we investigate and complete the necessary security checks and fixes.

Protecting our data and services is our top priority. We will provide an update and notify you as soon as it is safe to restore services.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.

All individual trekkers and concerned trekking agencies are hereby informed that the Entry Permit Counter at Damside, Pokhara, will remain open and operational during the Dashain Festival holidays as per the following schedule:

Opening Dates: 17–23 October 2026 (31 Ashwin to 6 Kartik 2083 B.S.)
Opening Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Counter Closure: The counter will remain completely closed on
21 October 2026 (4 Kartik 2083 B.S.)

on the auspicious occasion of Vijaya Dashami (Tika).

Weather is generally clear and favorable, with normal daily activities continuing.

Nar Phu / Narpa Bhumi Route Conditions

✅ Nar Village Route: Open
✅ Nar to Nawal: Open
✅ Nar to Kang La Pass: Open

⚠️ SAFETY ADVISORY

Although the weather is currently favorable and the routes are reported open, mountain conditions can change rapidly. Trekkers are strongly advised to:

🔹 Check the latest weather forecast and trail conditions with local authorities, guides, or lodge operators before departure.
🔹 Start early and allow sufficient time to reach the next destination before dark.
🔹 Exercise extra caution around Kang La Pass, where snow, ice, strong winds, and poor visibility may occur.
🔹 Carry adequate warm clothing, waterproof gear, sufficient food, water, and essential emergency supplies.
🔹 Avoid crossing high passes during adverse weather or unsafe conditions.
🔹 Follow local authorities' instructions and turn back if conditions deteriorate.

📌 IMPORTANT REMINDER
An open route does not necessarily guarantee safe trekking conditions throughout the day. Always prioritize personal safety and follow the advice of experienced local guides.
