In collaboration with Мокош/Mokosh Today we successfully Completed the training and coaching program: “Alice in the World of Business” Program
Over the past 7 weeks, I had the privilege of working with an inspiring group of women entrepreneurs and professionals through a learning and coaching journey focused on building healthier, more resilient, and sustainable businesses.
Together, we explored:
✔ Business fundamentals, investment cycles, and realistic ROI expectations (example DuPont model for profit calculation)
✔ Business health diagnostics
✔ Negotiation styles and business communication
✔ Internal saboteurs and limiting patterns
✔ Nonviolent Communication and the RAIN method
✔ Risk management and business resilience
✔ Team effectiveness and organizational performance - Matrixes for evaluation - example McKensey team health matrix
✔ Vision, focus, and strategic goal setting
✔ Mindset, Manifestations - the spiritual aspects of business
✔Guest speaker-coach Maria Høier - Transgenerational trauma and healing the ,,mother wound,,
📌 The program combined workshops, group coaching, individual coaching sessions, and a special guest appearance by Maria Høier.
Some of the outcomes achieved:
✨ One participant successfully completed an advanced educational program, receiving top evaluations and international recognition.
✨ One participant gained clarity on her company's current position, defined strategic objectives, and explored new business opportunities and service offerings.
✨ Participants developed practical tools and frameworks to support better decision-making, communication, and business growth.
The story continues with monthly meetings of the group members for mutual support and continuous learning.
