📢 Declaration – 4th Balkan Rural Parliament
From dialogue to action, rural communities across the Western Balkans are calling for stronger participation, fairer policies and sustainable development.
Adopted in Bar, Montenegro, the Declaration of the 4th Balkan Rural Parliament outlines shared priorities for reducing the rural–urban gap, creating opportunities for young people, supporting the green transition, strengthening local democracy and building fair and resilient food systems.
The Declaration sends a clear message: the future of rural areas must be shaped together with the people who live and work in them.
