Vid. Anirudh Subramanian, supported seamlessly by Vid. C. S. Chinmayi, Vid. Akshay Ram, and Vid. Sumukh Karanth, presented a performance that reflected maturity & balance. It was a fantastic, seasoned concert. Premiere date to be announced soon.
As the second concert of the day commenced, the world outside gently dissolved, leaving behind a sense of soukhyam and divinity. The 81 year, young we should say, stalwart musician Vid. Malladi Suri Babu, accompanied by Vid. Dr. Trichy K. Murali, Vid. V. S. P. Gayatri Sivani, and Vid. Malladi Aravind Karthik, Vid. D Sai Deeksh*th on vocal support, Sri. Yuvaraj on the Tanpura, drew the rasikas into a space where serenity and spiritual immersion reigned supreme.
This was music born of deep vidhwath—not merely performed, but lived and breathed.
