Today, 2nd of August 2022, in continuation of RID3232’s Breast Milk Awareness week campaign, Rotary club of Chennai Rainbow joined with 4 other Rotary clubs to create an awareness of feeding infants. Dr. Karpagam - zonal medical officer, Rtn.Dr.S.Ramkumar – Director, community health service RID3232, Rtn. Dr. Anuradha Manivannan – Chair MCH, Dr. Dhanalakshmi – Medical Officer together iterated the importance of feeding the babies and the importance of mother’s milk to the kid’s health in future.

Rotary Club of Chennai Rainbow successfully completed the 2nd awareness session of Rainbow's RISE (Robotics In Service & Education) in MCTM Boys Hr. Sec. School, Purasaiwakkam, Chennai. Over 100 students attended this session and showed eagerness to learn more. Mr. Balaji Varadhan was the speaker in this session. Rtn. Dinesh Kumar R, Rtn. Dr. Chandragupta, Rtn. Lakshmi Dinesh, Rtn. Rotary club of Chennai Rainbow, RID 3232, India participated in the District’s Joint meeting on a “Future vision Presentation on Rotary”. More than 40 Rotary clubs from the district attended this meeting. We had the Chief Guest – DGE, Rtn. Dr. N. Nandakumar and the Keynote Speaker – PDG ISAK Nazar delivering the speech about “Rotary – A legacy of Century and Beyond”.
