50 Years of Transforming Lives

As we celebrate 75 years of impact in India, today marks 50 years of World Vision India as a registered society.

From a small beginning in 1951, this journey has grown into a nationwide effort reaching over 3 lakh children and their families across 58 districts in 20 states and one Union Territory today.

Behind every number is a child, a family, and a story of hope.

To every sponsor, donor, partner, and well-wisher:
thank you for being part of this journey.

Together, we continue to build a better future for children.

Child marriage continues to affect the lives of many girls across our country.

Too often, young girls are forced to focus on saving a marriage before they have the chance to become the person they dream of becoming.

It is our responsibility to guide, support, and stand up for girls and women in need.

Let us take the first step by observing, speaking up, and raising a generation that grows in awareness, dignity, and freedom.

Strength does not always announce itself. Sometimes it looks like a girl staying in school. A mother rebuilding her livelihood. A young woman stepping into spaces once closed to her.
This International Women’s Day, we celebrate progress that is practical: education, health, opportunity, and voice.

When girls are encouraged to ask questions, experiment, and learn without limits, science becomes a space of possibility not exclusion.

Your support helps open doors to education, confidence, and futures shaped by curiosity.

Stand with girls as they step into spaces where their potential truly belongs.

Every life deserves care, hope, and timely support.

Manish,a 10th-standard student from Marungapuri, has been battling stage-4 brain cancer for over a year. What began as headaches and vision problems led to surgery and ongoing chemotherapy. He has completed five sessions and is preparing for the next.
His family has already spent over ₹8 lakh on treatment and continues to face severe financial strain. With the support of donors, World Vision India was able to assist with ₹1 lakh towards his medical care. While his condition recently worsened, he is now showing signs of improvement and is slowly walking again.
He is still undergoing treatment and urgently needs continued support.
You can help Manish continue his fight by extending medical assistance today.
