Christ Faith Home for Children recently conducted an AARI embroidery training for our Sakthi Sadan beneficiaries. Through this hands-on training, participants learned essential techniques such as thread handling, stitching patterns, and design creation. The beneficiaries practiced these skills under expert guidance, enabling them to confidently create beautiful Aari embroidery. This training not only taught a traditional craft but also empowered them with a skill that can support sustainable livelihood opportunities.

Practical, stigma‑free learning to promote healthy habits and empower women.

🌅 Excursions
Joyful trips to Birla Planetarium, Mahabalipuram Beach, and Dakshinachitra Museum.

A meaningful blend of creativity, learning, fun, and health education, our 2‑week children’s camp concluded with a warm and memorable campfire evening — a beautiful and different experience that brought our whole community together.

Empowering Children With Knowledge & Protection

The Social Welfare and Human Rights Team conducted a powerful awareness program at Christ Faith Home for Children and Women, equipping our girls to understand their basic rights — education, safety, equality, and dignity.

Children learned to recognize and report abuse, differentiate safe and unsafe touch, identify child labor and exploitation, and access help through the child helpline.

They also received guidance on personal hygiene, nutrition, and mental well‑being, strengthening their confidence and overall development.

We deeply appreciate the team for their impactful work in building safer, informed, and child‑friendly communities.

Today our children and women had a fun‑filled time at INOX Phoenix Mall — an exciting outing with a full theoretical experience, happy film moments, popcorn, and donuts.

Christ Faith Home for Children provided literacy education to our Sakthi Sadan beneficiaries, which included reading books and library tutoring efforts.
