A huge thank you to the fantastic team at CVS Health Ireland in Galway for their incredible support of Enable Ireland 😊

The team organised a very successful Charity Night, held staff fundraising activities, and organised a clothing donation drive for our Galway charity shop.

We're delighted that their fundraising efforts have raised €2,912.70!
We're very grateful to everyone at CVS Health Ireland who got involved, donated, fundraised, and helped make the campaign such a success.

A big thank you to Max, Sarah, Emily, Simone and Harrison for raising a whopping €500.00 for Enable Ireland! 🧡

Earlier this month, the children put together a sale of books, bric a brac, sweets and cookies to raise funds for our services.

The idea came from the children wanting to set up a shop for fun and then came the idea to do it for Enable Ireland.

So they got preparing putting the items together and set up a table in their neighbourhood, Booterstown, Dublin.

There were lots of laughs and joy as they went about selling their goods and asking for donations.

What an enterprising group of children raising money and raising awareness of Enable Ireland.

Thank you also to Maisha (Mum, Aunt and Friend of the children) for putting together the sweet bags and baking the cookies 😊

At just 12 years old, Maisie has won 57 medals and proudly represented Ireland on the international stage. Her story is one of determination, ambition and believing in what’s possible.

What can determination, talent and hard work achieve?

Tomorrow, we'll share the story of Life With No Limits Champion, Maisie.

At just 12 years old, Maisie from Abbeylands, Navan, has become a gold-medal-winning with 57 medals to her name. Most recently, she proudly represented Ireland at the Activity Alliance Games in Coventry, UK, bringing home three gold medals and a personal best in shot put.

This September, we're proud to introduce six champions whose stories show what's possible when ambition, determination and opportunity come together.

From Maisie's gold medal-winning athletic achievements and Sarah's Gaisce Award, to Jack, John, Kevin and Johnathan's cycling community.

We’ll also introduce you to Chloe and her commitment to volunteering, Val's advocacy work and Erin's inspiring dance career. Each story is a celebration of possibility.

For 75 years, Enable Ireland has provided vital disability services to children and adults in 15 counties across Ireland. 🚲 Making cycling accessible for everyone!

This summer, Enable Ireland service owner Pat Gregg has enjoyed the freedom and fun of cycling thanks to The Bike Hub's accessible bikes and dedicated volunteers.

Pat recently cycled from Dún Laoghaire Harbour to Sandycove Beach, taking in the sea views and summer atmosphere.

“There were lots of people swimming in the sea. It was great!" says Pat.

With tandems, tricycles, handcycles, wheelchair platform bikes and more, The Bike Hub is helping more people experience the joy of cycling.

A huge thank you to the Morrissey Family for organising a Family Fun Day in support of Enable Ireland!

📅 Saturday, 5th September
⏰ 4pm to 7pm
📍 St Finbarr's GAA Club, Togher, Cork, T12 DC58

There will be plenty of fun for all ages, including games, sensory play activities, a cake sale, and an amazing raffle. A voluntary donation can be made at the door, with all proceeds supporting Enable Ireland Cork Children's Services.

Thank you, Conor, for ensuring the voices and experiences of people with disabilities are represented! 🧡

Conor is an Enable Ireland Service Owner at our Adult Services in Crumlin. He recently attended a South Dublin County Council accessibility assessment of Templeogue Village as a Disability Advisor.

Working alongside community members and council representatives, Conor highlighted opportunities to make the village more welcoming and accessible for everyone. Conor shared valuable feedback on footpaths, public transport, and access to local shops.

We're proud to see Conor championing accessibility and inclusion in his community. Well done, Conor! 👏

We were delighted to welcome Emily Reid to Rathmore House recently to celebrate her fantastic fundraising efforts. Emily raised an amazing €3,487 for our respite service!
