Sioe Deithiol Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr AVOW yn parhau!

Ddoe (11/06/25), roedd AVOW yn nathliad gwirfoddolwyr Canolfan Lles Wrecsam i ddathlu eu gwirfoddolwyr. Roedd Amy, ein Swyddog Datblygu Cymunedol wrth law i ddosbarthu tystysgrifau Dathlu Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr AVOW. Bu’r Hyb Lles hefyd yn dathlu eu gwirfoddolwyr gyda thystysgrifau personol eu hunain, gan ddathlu’r pethau unigryw y mae pob gwirfoddolwr yn eu cyflwyno i’w rôl. Naws gymdeithasol wych yn dathlu gwaith caled anhygoel y gwirfoddolwyr hyn. Roedd yn fraint gallu dathlu gyda nhw.

AVOW Volunteers' Week Roadshow Continues!

Yesterday (11/06/25), AVOW was at the Wrexham Wellbeing Hub's volunteer celebration to celebrate their volunteers with them. Amy, our Community Development Officer was on hand to hand out the AVOW Volunteers' Week Celebration certificates. The Wellbeing Hub also celebrated their volunteers with personalised certificates of their own, celebrating the unique things that each volunteer brings to their role. A wonderful social vibe celebrating the incredible hard work of these volunteers. It was a privilege to be able to celebrate with them.

Roedd yn bleser i Amy, ein Swyddog Datblygu Cymunedol, fynychu digwyddiad Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr Stepping Stones. Roedd yn arbennig o ysbrydoledig clywed gan Jennie Henderson, Ymddiriedolwr Cymwynas y Flwyddyn 2025 ac a gafodd ei chydnabod am arweinyddiaeth ac ymroddiad eithriadol.

Prynhawn gwych yn dathlu gwirfoddoli ym Mwyty Ial (04/06/2026) ar gyfer Wythnos Gwirfoddolwyr. Roeddem wrth ein bodd o gael Maer newydd Wrecsam, y Cynghorydd Jeremy Kent i roi tystysgrifau i'r gwirfoddolwyr anhygoel hyn.

Yn ystod y digwyddiad, clywsom gan Bryn Law, Sylwebydd Pêl-droed Cenedlaethol Cymru. Roedd ganddo hyn i'w ddweud wrth y gwirfoddolwyr ‘fantastic’ :

“Yr hyn y mae'r dref yn ei olygu yw, yw'r union beth rydych chi'n ei enghreifftio [...] yr holl bethau sy'n gwneud ein cymuned yn gymuned arbennig iawn. Felly i bob un ohonoch, diolch o galon am yr holl waith rydych chi'n ei wneud ac yn parhau i'w wneud.” – Bryn Law

A fantastic afternoon celebrating volunteering at Ial Restaurant (04/06/2026) for Volunteers’ Week. We were thrilled to have the new Mayor of Wrexham, Cllr Jeremy Kent to give out certificates for these amazing volunteers.

During the event, we heard from Bryn Law, the Welsh National Football Commentator. He had this to say to the ‘fantastic’ volunteers:

“What the town is all about is, is exactly what you exemplify […] all the things that make our community a very special community. So to all of you, a very a heartfelt thanks very much for all the work you do and continue to do.” – Bryn Law

A big thank you to all the people who came and helped us celebrate Volunteers’ Week! and a big thank you to all the volunteers that make it happen!
