Meet our lottery winners who have joined our lottery because of patient care for a family member ❤️

Nightingale House Lottery Winners!🎉

Congratulations to Mr Raggett and Miss Kaye, who recently won our weekly jackpot prize of £2,500.

We caught up with them after their win, and Mr Raggett told us: “When Nightingale House called, I said, I can’t believe it!’”

They joined the lottery three years ago after Miss Kaye’s mother received respite care at the hospice for four months in 2012.

She explained: “I wanted to support the charity that looked after my mum so well. It is an amazing place for care, both for the person receiving it and their family. The services are fantastic, and I was able to spend precious time with my mother. Everyone at the hospice was so lovely.”

Reflecting on their win, the pair shared that they have always wanted to visit Ireland and can now start planning their long-awaited trip.

Their advice to anyone considering signing up to the lottery? “Do it! You never know when you might win. We certainly weren’t expecting to win, but we did!”
