We work with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure that the most vulnerable are provided for.

Our centre manager, Sarah, is moving away from Wrexham so we gathered together as a group to celebrate her. It was great that two of the new volunteers who will take over carrying the role could join us as well. Sarah's last day will be later this month and she keeps telling us all how much she'll miss us and we keep telling her the same!
