Established in 2009 as Gym Xtreme, The Bar is a fully fitted 2 floor facility in the heart of Worthing Town Centre. The Gym and Fitness suite boasts an extensive free weight area with full olympic weight equipment and cardio machines. The second floor includes changing facilities and also houses the Martial Arts academy a fully fitted boxing gym with a 16 ft Boxing ring and a variety of punch bags

and the unique glide Box system. With a well equipped timetable catering for adults and Juniors in disciplines such as Kickboxing/Boxing/MMA/Muay Thai and many more, there is something for everyone at The Bar Gym.
