Tomorrow is both World Homeless Day and World Mental Health Day.

Mental health challenges are one of the leading causes of homelessness, and for many people, homelessness makes existing mental health conditions even harder to manage.

Behind every statistic is a person navigating trauma, loss, anxiety, depression, or circumstances beyond their control.

At Turning Tides, we know that housing alone isn't enough. That’s why our services are built around long‑term, holistic, trauma-informed care.

This weekend, let's remember that homelessness isn't just about losing a home. It's about people having the right support at the right time.

Would you like to walk the whole of the South Downs Way in 2027? The 100 mile long South Downs Way national trail follows the path from Wi******er to Eastbourne. This route offers beautiful views and a challenging adventures for walking lovers.

We begin on the Sunday in Wi******er, and will walk through to Eastbourne on the Saturday. Participants are invited to walk the whole distance over the week, or to join us for parts of the journey.
