Our event is the 25th July, we would love to see you there and for you to be in our picture. 🫶

We've been thinking hard about how to create a powerful platform where everyone can demonstrate their support for our community. The answer was simple: a collective snapshot of all of us, exactly as we are.

We don't care how you look or what you're wearing (though no birthday suits, please! 😂). We just want you there to help show that our community is a safe, joyful space for all.

📣 WE WANT YOU! 🫵
Windsor & Eton Pride need your help to make this year's event happen! Whether you are a member of the LGBTQIA+ community or a passionate ally, it takes a village to bring this celebration to life.

We are looking for incredible volunteers to join the team for Saturday 25th July 2026. for the event and parade for stewarding and general event support, Friday 24th July 2026 for building everything and a bit of heavy lifting and tent building. Save going to the gym and do some weights with us or make things beautiful. Or Sunday 26h July 2026 for the cleanup. We want to return the gardens to how we found it

There is a place for everyone and our volunteers are at the very heart of that mission! You even get to wear a very cool unicorn herder hi vis vest so everybody knows your helping.

Setup : Friday 24th July.
Event Day :morning and afternoon shifts Saturday 25th July 2026
Cleanup : Sunday 26th July 2026.

Roles Available: Set-up crew, stewards, and general helpers

Its Volunteer week!
🦄 Calling All Unicorn Herders! 🦄
We have a hell of a lot more queens and kings than that castle behind us, and it is incredibly important to us that our organisations represent absolutely everyone.

Our spectacular parade will be marching right past Windsor Castle, but to make that magic happen, we need your help! We don't just have normal volunteers or stewards... we have Unicorn Herders.

Our vision is to celebrate the beauty of the fact that we are all uniquely human. We want to create platforms that empower all local LGBTQIA+ and ally communities to demonstrate that everyone is welcomed, safe, and loved here. If you want to be a part of Pride and help us bring this vision to life, we would love to have you on board!

The weekender is over but.............

It’s officially June, which means everything goes rainbow, and the countdown to our big day on 25th July is officially ON! We are coming together for a BIG Saturday to celebrate the beautiful fact that we are all uniquely human. Across the whole royal borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and beyond.

Our main event and pride parade is happening on Saturday 25th July, and you won't want to miss it! We're creating a space where our local LGBTQIA+ and ally organisations and communities can show that everyone is welcomed, safe, and loved here.

We stand with the UK pride organisers network on this UKPON. This is the statement released. To make things clear at Windsor and Eton pride on the 25th July we have 2 types of toilets available. Sitting and standing and it is up to the individuals using them to decide their needs not legislation.
