Art Beyond Belief will be running its second Inspire programme in May. The programme Inspire is about discovering “Self”. It includes presentations on artists who have suffered various mental health issues, presentations on concepts like relationships, networking, communities, communication, change, our anxieties and fears and how to cope with them. We will also have discussions following the presentations and digital art exercises on those topics.We also have an art trip to Courtauld gallery which has an extensive collection of Impressionist art.
This programme is free and open to the residents of Slough, Windsor and Maidenhead. Anyone interested please contact [email protected]

Our art and wellbeing group Reconnect had a trip to the Photographers' Gallery in London to see a triple exhibition by Zofia Rydet "Sociological Record of Domestic Life in Poland", Boris Mikhailov "Ukrainian Diary" and "Strike a Pose: 100 years of The Photobooth" - What a treat!

Art Beyond Belief will be running its Neurodiversity programme Rucksack at Bracknell Open Learning Centre during half term.

For Young people (13-19):
Monday 16th 10:30am-1pm
Tuesday 17th 10:30am-1pm
Thursday 19th 10:30am-1pm
(participants are expected to attend all three sessions)

For family members and carers
Saturday 21st 1pm-4:30pm
