I hope you've all had an enjoyable and relaxing bank holiday weekend! Our fantastic Dinner and Dance is back again this year on the 3rd of October at the Pinewood Hotel. Only 2 Days until our ✨Women’s Health & Well-being Event ✨

Join us for an inspiring and empowering event focused on women’s health and well-being, because when women thrive, communities thrive.

This special gathering will highlight physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, with opportunities to hear from our wonderful panel, who will share advice about nutrition, breast cancer, menopause and other related issues. Come to connect, learn and feel supported in a welcoming space.

The SANAS team will also be sharing important updates about its work, impact and future plans.

While our focus is on women’s health, everyone is welcome to attend, learn, and be part of the conversation.

Come along, bring a friend, men bring partners, daughters, sisters and be part of a positive and uplifting community event.

Good morning all, the answer to yesterday’s question was of course…The Right Honourable Dr. Denzil Lewellyn Douglas, Foreign Affairs, International Trade, Industry, Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Economic Development and Investment. The second Prime Minister of St. Kitts and Nevis sworn in 1995 and serving as Prime Minister until 2015, making him the nation's longest serving Prime Minister! Well done if you got this and his middle name, Lewellyn!
