This year's Learning Disability Week theme is "Do You See Me?"
For us, that's an important question.
Do you see the achievements?
Do you see the friendships?
Do you see the determination, humour, kindness and individuality?
Do you see the person before you see the label?
At Jubilee House, we don't just ask that question for one week each year.
Every day, we have the privilege to work alongside brilliant children, young people and adults, supporting them to live full lives, achieve their goals, make choices and be active members of their communities.
Learning Disability Week gives us the opportunity to shine a spotlight on the people we support, but celebrating people, championing inclusion and recognising potential is something we do every day of the year.
