Another year has gone by and we are joined once again for our Christmas theme with Natalie Naisbitt from Hadrian's Hobbies, making 'exploding boxes'. A big thank you to Natalie and Liz for a most enjoyable evening.

July - Our trip to the gardens of Hazel Cottage, Armathwaite

Not only was it a beautiful place to visit, it was great to pick up ideas and inspiration on how to improve our own gardens and create flower displays. The rusty and wood branch sculptures added a quirky and interesting twist among the flower beds. David Ryland, the owner, was a great host, so knowledgeable and a great entertainer. David created three beautiful flower displays and three lucky ladies got to take them home.

WI outing last night - Walking Ghost Tour of Carlisle' dark past. Tales of murder and ghosts in the historic city led by Jo Mills, a fabulous Storyteller. And we got lucky with the weather, a beautiful evening. I hope no one had a sleepless night!
