📣 WE’RE RECRUITING 📣

Come and join the Storm Mystique family! We are officially halfway through our 11th season and looking for individuals to come and join our multi-award winning team! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! All ages, genders & abilities welcome! ⚡️

We are especially looking for:
⭐️ BABIES (Ages 3-6) – Our babies haven't competed yet this season, we are building their skills and confidence up now and we’d love to get them out competing next year!
⭐️ DINKIES (Ages 7-9)

⚡️First session is completely free!
⚡️Learn Pom, Military, Baton & Flag!
⚡️Volunteers have experience in SEN & Safeguarding!

Our Troupe Leaders & Trainers have many years experience. Ranging from 8 years up to 20+ years.

Storm Mystique went green!💚💚💚

This week, the dancers and staff had dino day to help raise money towards Contact - for families with disabled children, a Charity close to Aron's heart.

We raised an amazing amount of £117!

M is one of our fantastic Senior girls, and Layla is in our Tinies section and has only been with us for just over a month.

For the past couple of weeks, M has been giving up her own free time to come down and work one to one with Layla. Together, these two have slowly and patiently built up a strong bond. M has been doing an amazing job bringing Layla right out of her shell and pushing her to try new moves, and Layla has been an absolute pleasure for M to teach!

Layla is currently aiming to earn a spot in our Tiny Flag routine for September's competition, and we have absolute faith that she will get there. She and M completely smashed training tonight, and we cannot wait to watch their bond keep blossoming and see Layla progress!

The Whole of Storm Mystique Cheerleaders!

Our Troupe Leader's son, Aron, recently took on an amazing challenge for Contact. Contact is an incredible charity that supports families with disabled children! He asked for our help to raise money for the cause, and we were more than happy to help and show our support.

To help with his fundraiser, we held our own Dino Day at training, and it has been an absolute blast! From inflatable dinosaurs and bake sales to dance parties and chalk drawings, everyone had the best time helping him hit his goal.

But what made us most proud was how well everyone balanced the fun. The second training commenced, the fun was paused, everyone listened perfectly, and we cracked right on with the hard work for our upcoming Military competition.

We are so incredibly proud of our dancers for coming together to help out, and for showing such amazing teamwork. Well done guys! ✨

Our Flag Standout Section award goes to the amazing Dinky Flag!

The improvement from the first to the second competition was very impressive from our Dinkies! They worked incredibly hard at training leading up to the comp and listened to all of their feedback.

Although the troupe didn’t place this time around, their points did go up, which is a massive achievement! On top of that, the Leader and Mascot bagged themselves a fantastic 4th place. They all absolutely shone out on that floor, and we can’t wait to get back into training, work on those scoresheets, and smash it for the final Flag competition of the season!

Well done Dinkies, we’re so incredibly proud of you! ✨

Our Flag Standout Dancer award goes to the amazing Shania!

Shania unfortunately didn’t get to dance the first Flag comp due to ill health. Flag is something we know she has really been looking forward to performing, so this was a tough disappointment for her. However, she didn't let that hold her back. After the first Flag comp, she turned up to training, listened to all feedback leading up to the next comp, took it all on board, and went and danced her heart out.

She was absolutely incredible to watch, and we know how much it meant to her to finally be able to dance Flag at competitions. Her resilience, dedication, and passion shone through and we’re so incredibly proud of her.

Well done Shania! ✨
