Little Wildlings Forest School:
Come to our NEW toddler group, open to pre school children at Woolley Edge on Thursday mornings!
Come and spend an hour in woods with your little ones, having big adventures, listening to a story, hunting for bugs and lots of fun!
After School Club:
Join us every Thursday at Woolley Edge Scout camp 1700-1845pm in term time for our own dedicated after school club, open to all primary aged children.
Send your Wildlings to come and have a go at our activities and crafts, have fun in the woods, or just sit, relax and regulate ahead of the weekend.
Our after school club is a great way for your child to build confidence and get to know our team, readying them to join us in the holidays for our half term camps.
Halloween Camps:
The woodland witch has scattered clues through the ancient trees. Your child's quest? Follow them — and break the spell before the campfire dies.
Here's what they'll find along the way:
Follow the lantern trail — Wind through the woods by lantern light, hunting for the witch's hidden clues. Each one tells a piece of the story.
Build a den for shelter — Gather branches, leaves, and imagination to raise a woodland hideout. Every den becomes part of the adventure.
Light the campfire and toast s'mores — Learn to strike a spark, feed the flames, and toast gooey s'mores over an open fire. The spell breaks with the first bite.
Aim for the target — Soft archery in the clearing. Focus, steady hands, and a cheer when the arrow lands.
Mud, glorious mud — Muddy faces, muddy hands, muddy boots. The witch doesn't scare easily, but she's never met a determined Wildling.
Storytelling around the fire — As the light fades, the group gathers round the flames for tales of woodland mischief and magic
Overnight Camp:
Come stay overnight at Woolley Edge for an overnight experience!
After the day camp has gone home, the fun begins again!
Settle in and get your sleeping gear ready in one of our 8 bed bunk rooms - a girls room and a boys room.
We head straight back outside for a campfire, toasting s’mores and sipping hot chocolate as the night draws in. Heading back in for a tasty tea, we will play games
