Spring Harvest Spring Harvest is a teaching and worship event for everybody. It’s a unique break for all the family.

Spring Harvest is an event for people of all ages and church backgrounds and features inspirational Bible teaching, seminars, and spirit-filled worship. It's about one thing: deepening your walk with God and equipping the Church for action.

All of us at Spring Harvest and the wider Essential Christian team, were saddened by the news of an incident at Big Church Festival, in which one person has tragically died and others have been injured.

We are praying for everyone directly affected, their families and friends, those who witnessed the incident, and all who today, are grieving. We are also holding the Big Church leadership team, emergency services and everyone on site in our prayers.

Lord, be close to those who mourn; bring comfort to those who are hurting, and give wisdom, clarity, energy and peace to all responding in the midst of this tragedy.

Sometimes we can be quick to tear down the things we don’t understand.

reminds us of the importance of listening to those who carry wisdom and experience and have gone before us.

When we come across a “fence” or injustice, we might wonder why it’s there and want to remove it straight away. But taking time to ask, “Where did this come from? Why was it put there?” can help us understand the bigger picture.

Because wisdom is often found when generations come together, listen and learn from one another.

"Fathers and mothers, big sisters, big brothers, aunties and uncles… there is a work for you to do, because there is a generation that needs you."

Five years after losing his mum, experienced the kindness of God in an unexpected way as people gathered around him to pray in the team prayer at Spring Harvest.

"For the first time in five years, I felt mothered."

A beautiful reminder that God often cares for us through the people He places around us.

There’s something for everyone at Spring Harvest!

Whether it's children discovering the joy of worship, young people growing in faith, families making memories together or friends reconnecting over coffee, Spring Harvest is a place where people of every age and stage can encounter God and belong.

We want everyone to feel able to join in, with Count Everyone In sessions for adults with learning disabilities, a dedicated Disability Consultant and accessible facilities across our venues.

Maybe you’re already working in youth or children’s ministry, or perhaps you’re looking for your next opportunity to use your gifts to help create spaces where young people can meet Jesus and have a brilliant time together.

We’re looking for a Youth & Kids Programme Coordinator to join the Spring Harvest team, helping shape and deliver our programmes for children and young people.

If you’re passionate about Jesus, love working with young people and are a brilliant organiser and team player, we’d love to hear from you!
📍 Hybrid, based in Uckfield, East Sussex
⏰ Part-time, 24–25 hours per week
