Nofela is the LGBTQ+ Bookshop & Community Space coming to Swansea later in 2026. We’re dreaming up a cosy queer-centred, not-for-profit, bookshop, café and community space. Nofela will be a space for books, brews and community care. Initially, this would be on the basis of a twelve month pop-up, with a view to creating a permanent space . Nofela is a Community Interest Company (CIC), which means a

ny profits are ploughed back into the business or the LGBTQ+ community itself. Founded by queer, neurodiverse women, we are a proudly Welsh-based and community-focused team.

1 week reminder for this event with Rachel Dawson! No need to have read the book or been to Swansea Q***r Book Club before.

There'll be readings, discussion, q&a, books and other LGBTQ+ items for sale, and a celebration of Nofela's residency at Urban HQ on the final day and of our collaboration wit the Q***r Book Club!

Tickets are available, including free and pay-what-you-can, but also feel free to show up on the day! Urban HQ will be serving food and drinks.
