We have donated over £2 million since 2015 to charities across the UK, supporting the communities in which we work.

💙 Hays Travel Foundation Supports Pallion Action Group 🧡

Pallion Action Group provides accessible activities for young people in its local community, helping them build confidence, develop skills and enjoy positive experiences.

With support from the Hays Travel Foundation, the group delivered weekly boxing and cheerleading sessions, engaging 122 young people over 12 months. 🥊📣

The sessions helped young people develop fitness, discipline, teamwork and resilience, while providing a safe and inclusive space to make friends and try something new. Many participants who had previously felt excluded from mainstream activities continued attending throughout the year.

💙 Hays Travel Foundation Supports Skylight Circus Arts 🧡

Skylight Circus Arts provides inclusive circus activities for people of all ages, with a particular focus on creating opportunities for people with disabilities.

With support from the Hays Travel Foundation, the charity delivered 12 weeks of Spotlight sessions, giving 20 young people aged 11–25 the opportunity to develop their circus skills, explore their creativity and build teamwork skills. 🎪

The sessions provided an inclusive space for young people to learn new skills, express themselves and build confidence through circus arts.

💙 Hays Travel Foundation Supports Inclusive Arts for Children 🧡

Sussex Contemporary Illustrators and Printmakers, also known as SCIP, is a registered charity dedicated to breaking down barriers to accessing contemporary arts.

With support from the Hays Travel Foundation, SCIP has continued its Thursday Club, providing a safe, nurturing and creative environment for eight children aged 8–10. 🎨

The club supports children with SEND, from low-income families, struggling to attend school or who have experienced bereavement, giving them the opportunity to take part in creative activities and build confidence in a supportive environment.

💙 Hays Travel Foundation Supports Inclusive Watersports 🧡

All-Aboard Watersports is a Bristol based charity dedicated to making watersports accessible to people of all ages and abilities, offering activities including sailing, paddle sports, rowing, swimming and powerboating.

With support from the Hays Travel Foundation, the charity delivered a four-week inclusive watersports programme for young people with SEND and additional needs. ⛵

The programme provided 82 young people with up to 10 hours of structured watersports activities, giving them the opportunity to develop skills across sailing, rowing and katakanu in an inclusive environment.

We’re proud to support projects like this that help young people access new experiences, build confidence and discover activities they may not otherwise have the opportunity to take part in. 🌟

💙 Hays Travel Foundation Supports Motivated Minds 🧡

Motivated-Minds provides wellbeing support and community activities in Basildon, creating safe and inclusive spaces for people to connect and improve their mental wellbeing.

With support from the Hays Travel Foundation, the charity launched its Lego Club, providing a neurodiverse-friendly space where children, young adults and adults can build, socialise and develop new skills. 🧱

Since launching, 19 unique participants have taken part in the Lego Club, with sessions helping to encourage creativity, social connection, focus and confidence.
