We’ve got a great line-up of activities, and everyone is welcome — whether you’re a veteran, family member, or simply want to find out more about what we do.

🚶‍♂️ WALK & TALK – 10:30hrs
🌳 Hetton Lyons Country Park

Start your Friday with our weekly Walk & Talk session. Enjoy a leisurely walk around the beautiful surroundings of Hetton Lyons Country Park, get some fresh air, have a chat and connect with others. 💬🌿

☕ ERV DROP-IN – 09:30–12:30hrs

Our ERV will be open for a drop-in session throughout the morning. Whether you need advice, support, a friendly chat or just want to call in and see us — come along!

🏠 LAMBTON STREET YOUTH & COMMUNITY HUB – FROM 13:00hrs

We’ll then be back at Lambton Street Youth & Community Hub from 13:00hrs, with our afternoon activities getting underway.

🧘‍♀️ BEGINNERS YOGA – 13:30hrs

Fancy trying something new? Our Beginners Yoga session starts at 13:30hrs.

✨ Suitable for all ages and abilities
✨ Complete beginners welcome
✨ All equipment provided
✨ A great way to relax, stretch and look after your wellbeing

This Thursday we’ve got a full day of activities to support, connect, and bring our veteran community together:

✅ Specialist Veterans Counselling – Held in our ERV (Roker) therapy suite with Leanne, a veteran herself.
• 1-to-1 confidential sessions
• FREE of charge – no waiting list
• Appointment only (get in touch to book)

🐶 Weekly Dog Walk – Leaving from ERV-1, Roker Ave, SR6 0BY at 1030hrs
• A gentle walk along the river and our stunning coastline
• Dogs welcome (but not essential!)
• No need to book – just turn up

🎨 Veterans into Craft – Meeting at RV1, Pallion at 1030hrs
• Relaxed creative session with something for everyone
• FREE and open to all veterans
• No booking required

☕ Drop-In at the ERV – Doors open all day
• Advice, support, or just a friendly chat
• No appointment needed

Whether you want support, fresh air, creativity, or just a brew and a chat – we’ve got you covered this Thursday.
