This event is about bringing people together, supporting wellbeing, creating connections, and reminding people that nobody has to face life's challenges alone.
As we celebrate one year of the H.O.M.E Hub, we're also raising vital funds to help us continue providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for our community. Throughout the day there will be fundraising activities, raffles, donations, and opportunities to support the Hub's future.
