Yesterday we met the fabulous Jo from Jo … although we’ve been collaborating and recycling ♻️ with her for the past few years this was the first time we’ve actually been together in the same room!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Not only was it lovely to catch up on the highs and lows of running a small charity 🙈 but we were also lucky enough to see her new donation stations. These will be popping up in chemo units across the country to collect your wigs/scarves/bras/sleeves etc… basically anything that you may have used when in treatment and is good enough for someone else to reuse.

What a fabulous afternoon spent with many of our wonderful volunteers - the annual PICCPals barbecue is always the perfect opportunity for us to step away from the sewing and the trimming and the packing and the posting to just spend quality time together over a glass of fizz and something off the coals. Today’s event was an incredible success and testament to the beautiful humans that make up our community.

Thank you to everyone for coming and Nikki McCarthy and Nic for hosting… the kitchen pixies also did a great job!
