Expect mud, obstacles, water, laughter and a challenge you won’t forget. All while helping men to access better prostate cancer treatments and outcomes.

Prostate cancer often develops silently, with little or no symptoms in the early stages. This means that awareness and regular testing are extremely important.

Knowing what to look out for can make a real difference. Symptoms can include changes in urination such as needing to go more frequently however, many men do not experience any symptoms at all.

Early detection can open the door to more treatment options, including less invasive treatments that may help preserve quality of life.

1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. men with a family history or black men may be twice as susceptible. Awareness, conversation, and early action save lives.

To our amazing London Marathon runners and every single person who supported them, thank you.

Together, you’ve raised a truly incredible amount. But more importantly, you’ve created real change.

Because of you, another NHS hospital will be able to offer minimally invasive focal treatment which will help men avoid life-altering side effects from more invasive options. Saving men’s lives and their lifestyles.

And we’re not stopping there. We’re working to bring these treatments to the North of England, Scotland and Wales, tackling the NHS postcode lottery head on.

You’ve made this possible. And the impact will be felt for years to come.

Massive congratulations to our fantastic team of TCS London Marathon Runners.

Phil, Marc, Mark, Matt, Fiona, Sophie, Brittany, Phoebe, Ryann, Junior and Alex ran for us and did an amazing job.

They did an amazing job on Sunday, and we are so proud of them all.

Thank you to Martin as well for his fundraising, but he was unfortunately injured and could not run on the day.

We are finalising the numbers for how much has been raised and will announce this in the coming days.

We will open applications for 2027 shortly, so please keep an eye out!
