Our Andy has obviously been treated today with this fantastic donation of two lovely footballs from Sports Direct - absolutely no tricks involved - and we look forward to using them as part of Walking Football each and every Monday at South Shields FC

Fancy giving boxing a go? Join Men’s Space for a relaxed boxing session or open gym use at Apex Gym in South Shields.

The gym is kindly providing a boxing instructor free of charge, so it’s a great opportunity to try something new, get moving and meet other lads. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already enjoy training, all levels are welcome.

Our Growing Together Drop-In Session officially finishes today for Autumn 🌱

Thank you to everyone who joined us over the past few months at Harrison’s Field Allotments. It’s been brilliant to see the space grow, share ideas, and create some wonderful work together.

We’ll be back in Spring 2027, and we look forward to welcoming everyone again next year. And there's plenty of other activities you can get involved with in the meantime to keep you warm all Winter!

What a brilliant session we had at APEX GYM today

The lads got moving, tried something new, and showed exactly what getting active is all about; having a go, feeling better, and enjoying it together. 🏋️‍♂️🔥
