💚 World Mental Health Day 💚

This morning, I’ve been out and about in our lovely local community, leaving little acts of kindness on benches and at special landmarks for people to find and have handed a few out to emergency services I’ve seen along the way. 🌸💌

I really hope they’ve brought a smile to someone’s face, brightened their morning, or reminded them that they matter. 🥰

There are still a few more little surprises to go out throughout the day! 💚✨

Today, on World Mental Health Day, let’s remember that we never truly know what someone else might be going through. A small act of kindness, a smile, a thoughtful word or simply knowing someone cares can make a bigger difference than we realise.

Mental health matters every single day, not just today. Be kind to yourself, check in on those around you, and remember that nobody should have to struggle alone. 💚

Sometimes the smallest gestures leave the biggest impact. 🫶

This Halloween, Jamesie’s Mission would love to give three families a fun-filled day out at Brockbushes Pumpkin Picking Experience. 🦖🎃

We’re looking for families who may be going through an incredibly difficult time — whether they’re experiencing financial hardship while their child is receiving ongoing hospital care, or they have recently experienced the loss of a loved one, leaving siblings who could really use something special to look forward to. 💚

Each family will receive:
🎃 A family pass to the Pumpkin Picking Experience
🍬 A £50 voucher to enjoy food or sweet treats in the café
👻 A Halloween Boo Basket filled with treats

💌 NOMINATE A FAMILY
If there’s a family you think would really benefit from this, you can nominate them by tagging them in the comments, sending us a private message on Facebook, or emailing us at: [email protected]
