Then we need YOU to join our Gopher team for Kitacon Undercover!

Gophers play a vital role working alongside the Kitacon committee. You'll be the ultimate support crew—handling room setups, wrangling queues, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

Volunteer your time for this year's convention and you'll get great perks including:

🔷Special Gopher badge and premium lanyard
🔷Dedicated Gopher room and Sunday night party
🔷Plus an extra bit of merch not included in the Merch Pack!

💫 Attention Kitacon agents! Don't forget that sign ups for the Pub Quiz are still open! 💫

We're welcoming Alex from KokoroCon to run this year's event that will test your anime and geeky knowledge! It's going to be a great way to kick of Saturday night at Kitacon!

To take part in the quiz, you'll need to make a donation to our dedicated fundraising page for our chosen charity, Cancer Research UK. Similar to how KokoroCon have run theirs, to enter your team you'll need to make a donation of £3 per player (maximum of 10 players per team). Full details of this can be found on the JustGiving page below.

Our timetable is nearly full of amazing events, but there's still some room for a few more! So, if you want to showcase your passion, knowledge, and creativity at Kitacon this August, don't delay in getting your panel ideas in!

Submissions for the Kitacon Undercover Conbook are NOW OPEN! This fun A5 souvenir booklet will be included in every attendee's conbag and will be packed with curated written content, amazing artwork, and exclusive content from our committee, special guests, and you—our incredible attendees.

If you’ve got vital intel or stunning art to share with your fellow agents, we'd love to hear from you!

For full submission guidelines, head over to kitacon.org and check out the Conbook section via the Get Involved menu!
