Yesterday morning, the final member of the team completed their qualifying swim for the Channel Relay Swim this August 🌊

90 minutes in the water, a one-hour recovery break, then back in for another 60 minutes - all in temperatures below 16°C. An incredible test of endurance, resilience, and determination.

The support crew were there every step (and stroke) of the way, cheering the swimmers on from start to finish 💙

The Sheppey Channel Champions are swimming to raise funds for SwimTayka - helping children gain access to swimming lessons and water confidence.
