💚✨ What a wonderful way to end the week at Infinity Social & Activity Centre! ✨💚
Today, for World Mental Health Day, we took some time to talk about mental health and the different things that can affect our wellbeing, from illness and social isolation to financial worries and the many challenges life can bring. 💚
We also focused on the positives! 🌈 Together, we shared the things that bring us happiness, comfort and meaning, adding our own special words to our beautiful 🌳 PositiviTREE 🌳 — a lovely reminder that even the smallest positives can make a big difference!
At Infinity, we believe in the power of inclusion, connection and community. We want everyone to feel welcome, valued and supported, because nobody should have to face life's challenges alone. 💚
Of course, there was plenty of fun too! 🍎🍫 We got creative decorating delicious chocolate-covered apples with sprinkles (a little sweetness goes a long way! 😋), followed by some gentle chair-based exercises and a good old sing-song to round off the afternoon! 🎶💃
Another lovely day filled with friendship, laughter, positivity and togetherness. 🥰
From all of us at Infinity, we wish you a wonderful weekend filled with little moments of happiness! 💚✨

🍂 Amazing Autumnal Thursday at Infinity! 🍂

We started our day with a lovely cuppa, coffee and toast, before getting our brains buzzing with a fantastic word game! We challenged ourselves to see how many words we could make from “hop picking” — and wow, what an achievement… a staggering 83 words! 🤩🧠

We then took a nostalgic trip down memory lane with the wonderful smell of hops and shared stories about hop picking. We never realised just how many of our friends had memories of doing it! It was so lovely listening to everyone share their experiences, memories and stories. ❤️

Lunch was a delicious homemade fish pie with vegetables, followed by the most delicate Victoria sponges. We really are very spoiled here at Infinity! 😋🍰

After lunch, the fun continued with plenty of laughter, apple bobbing and co****le. 🍎🎯 What a brilliant way to finish our day!

Another wonderful day filled with friendship, memories, laughter and lots of smiles. 🍂❤️

🍂🎃 Another wonderful Infinity trip! 🎃🍂
This month, our Infinity group enjoyed a lovely day out at the beautiful Macknade Farm Shop! 🌻🛍️
There was plenty to explore, from the gorgeous fresh produce to the fabulous food hall, packed with a wonderful variety of delicious treats, unique wares and lovely gifts. 🎁🥕🍎
And of course, the autumn pumpkin displays were a real highlight! 🎃🍂 With so many colours, shapes and varieties, they certainly brought a little seasonal magic to our visit.
After a lovely morning of browsing, chatting and soaking up the autumn atmosphere, we headed out for lunch — the perfect way to round off a fantastic trip. ❤️🍽️
It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying each other’s company, sharing laughs and making more happy memories together.
✨ At Infinity, it’s all about great days out, good company and creating memories together! ✨

🍂☕ A Fun-Packed Midweek at Infinity! ☕🍂
What a busy and brilliant day we’ve had at Infinity! 💜
This morning we welcomed everyone to our monthly Friendly Faces of Kent coffee morning — and what a lovely time we had! 😊 There was a fun quiz, useful information, a fantastic raffle and, of course, plenty of flowing tea, coffee and chocolate biscuits! 🍪☕ A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a lovely morning.
Today also marked the start of our Food for Independence programme 🍎🥕. Our first session was a great success, with the group taking away some interesting and informative tips and ideas. We’re already looking forward to seeing everyone again for the next session!
And there was no slowing down this afternoon! 🎨🍁 We got our creative hats on and spent some time decorating autumn leaves ready for our window display. We can’t wait to see the finished display come together! 🍂✨
From friendship and learning to creativity and plenty of biscuits — that’s what we call a fun-packed midweek at Infinity! 💜

🍂 Wonderful Wednesday at Infinity! 🍂

Today our group headed over to the Hub for a lovely morning away from our usual setting. We enjoyed plenty of chatting, laughter and, of course, a few cups of tea and coffee while getting creative with some cake decorating! 🎂☕ There were some wonderfully decorated cakes, and lots of smiles along the way.

We made sure we were back in time for a delicious lunch of chicken and mushroom with potatoes – a lovely warm and comforting meal. 😋

After lunch, we got those brains working with a round of trivia, hangman and winter vegetable words, keeping with today’s seasonal theme. 🥕🧠 There was plenty of thinking, guessing and a few cheeky laughs along the way!

Another lovely Wednesday filled with creativity, conversation, friendship and lots of fun. ❤️
