In pottery, no clay is wasted. We reclaim, reshape, and give it a new purpose. Our own lives can be the same. With time, care, and support, we can learn, grow, and reinvent ourselves. Every new beginning is full of possibility—and that's good for our mental wellbeing. 🏺💚
