Join us & Heads Up for a feel-good day out in the Lakes - and help us raise vital funds for Headway Salford Trafford & North Manchester 🌳

We'll be meeting at Tarn Hows on Friday 11th September at 11:30am, ready for a 12pm start.
The route is fully accessible and approximately 2 miles, with the option to complete two laps if you're feeling especially energetic! Afterwards, we'll head to a local pub for food and a well-earned rest together.

💙 We had the best day with Reel recovery with Karl 🐟️ The session gave us a therapeutic fly-fishing session to support physical & mental health, confidence, and recovery in nature.
